Marriott Bonvoy Overview
You can earn and use Marriott Bonvoy points at any Courtyard by Marriott location worldwide.
Most Courtyard hotels cost between 15,000 and 30,000 points per night. While we didn’t find out-of-this-world value when using points at Courtyard hotels, we did find some locations that made for a pretty solid redemption. Marriott Bonvoy points are valued at about ~0.7 cents each, so you can do some quick math to see if you’re getting a good deal. Just divide the cost per night by the number of points required per night and then multiply by 100. That will give you the cents per point value you’ll be getting.
There are lots of ways to earn more Marriott Bonvoy points, especially because Marriott is a transfer partner of both Chase and American Express. If you need points fast, earning a credit card sign-up bonus is a great way to go, and there are lots of options.
Here are some of our favorite cards that earn Marriott Bonvoy points or earn points that can be transferred to Marriott Bonvoy.
