    I received a new SW card ending in xxxx and a $199.99 charge was denied this afternoon.

    This site is a great resource!

    I would like to let you know that Chase is no longer open 24/7 to report fraud. You may want to change your wording where you list being able to report fraud 24/7. I’ve called several different numbers including the one listed above as 24/7. I couldn’t report my card lost or stolen on the website and at first, could not block it. After about 1.5 hours, I finally got a bot to block it. I know you aren’t Chase but your website’s phone list is easier to use than theirs.

    • The fraud group (with limited hours) is 888-745-0091. Their wait time is always at least 40-50 minutes (and then the connection is bad).

  4. I need to talk to a representative to give authorization for a pending charge. I cannot get to a live person no matter which number I use. The automated system is horrible. Can anybody suggest anything?

      You’ve called the number on the back of your card and were still unable to speak to a person? If you say “customer service” during the dialogue options they should connect you right through to someone.
