Admirals Club House Rules

Gate passes will not be issued for entry, so guests must have access to the applicable terminal or concourse.

A same-day boarding card is required for a flight operated by United, Star Alliance, or a contracted partner airline.
United Club members can be accompanied by 1 spouse and child under 21 or up to 2 guests.
Although the minimum age for membership is 18 years old, guests must be 21 to access a club with a self-serve bar in the U.S. The only exception is if they are traveling with another member that is over 21.
Day pass guests may bring 1 infant under 2, free of charge.

Connecting Between Terminals for Lounge Access

Terminals 3 and 4 are connected by the free PHX Sky Train that operates every few minutes and also runs to the east economy parking lot and PHX Airport Station for metro connections. As the train operates outside the secure area, passengers are required to reclear security, so you must consider this when transferring terminals to access a lounge.

The airport’s Terminal 3 has recently undergone a modernization project that will enable quicker processing at its new consolidated security checkpoint, additional ticketing counters, and better baggage handling. Overall, these new features will allow passengers to spend less time queueing and more time relaxing before their flight in one of the airport lounges.
