While Singapore Airlines might not be the first airline you think of when earning miles and points, maybe it should be. Singapore Air partners with all four transferable points programs (Amex, Chase, Citi, Marriott) so earning KrisFlyer miles is a breeze.

Beyond credit cards, there are plenty of other ways to earn Singapore miles fast to help you top off your account. Let’s dig into some of the fastest ways to earn Singapore KrisFlyer miles so you can get busy booking your next award flight.

Earn KrisFlyer Miles With Credit Cards

Without a doubt, using credit cards that earn points you can transfer to your KrisFlyer account is the quickest and easiest way to earn tons of Singapore miles.

1. Chase Ultimate Rewards

Chase is a KrisFlyer partner, which means you can earn reward points (fast) with your Chase Ultimate Rewards credit cards and transfer them to KrisFlyer miles.

Get 1,000 KrisFlyer miles for every 1,000 Chase Ultimate Rewards points you transfer (in increments of 1,000). According to the KrisFlyer site, this process can take anywhere from 1-8 weeks.

The great thing about Chase Ultimate Rewards is that you can combine points from multiple cards.

Here are the Chase credit cards that we recommend you use to earn points that are transferable to the KrisFlyer program:

Recommended Chase Cards (Personal)

Chase Sapphire Preferred® Card - This is our favorite beginners travel card that earns valuable points and it comes with a big 60,000 sign up bonus (highest ever & valued at $750), after you spend $4,000 on purchases in the first 3 months from account opening. The annual fee is $95.
Chase Freedom Unlimited® - A simple, no annual fee card that earns you 1.5% cash back on all purchases. A good card to get after the Sapphire Preferred because then you can transfer your cash-back into points (which is how you maximize value).
Chase Sapphire Reserve® - This is a premium travel rewards card with a higher annual fee, but it'll get you into a lot of airport lounges (Priority Pass). The current sign up bonus is 50,000 points after you spend $4,000 on purchases in the first 3 months from account opening. You'll also get a $300 travel credit per year which wipes away a big chunk of the $450 annual fee.

Recommended Chase Cards (Business)

Ink Business Preferred℠ Credit Card - This is our #1 recommended business card and comes with a whopping 80,000 sign up bonus after you spend $5,000 on purchases in the first 3 months after account opening. This bonus is worth $1,000. You can earn lots of points by leveraging the cards bonus categories.
Ink Business Cash℠ Credit Card - earn $500 bonus cash back after you spend $3,000 on purchases in the first 3 months after account opening. In addition, get up to 5% cash back on a range of business expenses. A simple, $0 annual fee card.

Not only can you earn reward points from everyday spending, but each card has its own sign-up bonus to get you quickly on your way to a travel reward.

Chase points are so easy to earn and that’s why we love them!

2. American Express Membership Rewards

Don’t have Ultimate Rewards points to transfer, or just want to add even more reward points to your KrisFlyer account? American Express Membership Rewards is also a transfer partner!

Rack up Membership Rewards points with the following American Express credit cards and move them over to KrisFlyer at a 1:1 ratio. It takes approximately 1-2 days for the transfer to occur.

Recommended Amex Cards (Personal)

The Platinum Card® from American Express - There's currently a welcome bonus of 60,000 points after spending $5,000 in your first 3 months. This is our favorite card for getting into 1,200+ airport lounges worldwide (including Priority Pass) and we get about $1,500+ in value from the card every year.

Plus, get up to $200 in Uber credits annually ($15 per month and a $20 bonus in December) — and up to $200 in annual credit for airline incidental charges (e.g. baggage fees). For rates and fees of the Platinum Card, click here.
American Express® Gold Card - We love using this card as it earns 4x points at restaurants worldwide and 4x points at US supermarkets (up to $25,000; then 1x).

With a welcome bonus of 35,000 points after you spend $2,000 in your first 3 months and a $100 airfare credit per year, for many this is an easy addition to your wallet. For rates and fees of the Gold Card, click here.

Recommended Amex Cards (Business)

The Business Platinum Card® from American Express - Even though this card carries a hefty annual fee, we get ~$1,250+ in value per year by leveraging as many of the benefits/perks card.

Get access to 1,200+ airport lounges worldwide, $200 in airline fee credits for incidentals (e.g. baggage fees) and a lot more. Also, earn a welcome bonus of up to 75,000 points (terms apply). For rates and fees of the Business Platinum, click here.
American Express® Business Gold Card - probably our favorite Amex business card because we earn 4x points across the top 2 select categories that we spend the most money in each month. The 4x points applies to the first $150,000 in combined purchases from these 2 categories each calendar year. This means you'll max out at a (whopping) 600,000 points per year. After that, you earn 1x. For rates and fees of the Business Gold Card, click here.
The Blue Business℠ Plus Credit Card from American Express - This is a real simple card that earns you 2x points on business purchases up to $50,000 annually (then 1x). There's no annual fee. For rates and fees of The Blue Business Plus, click here.

Just like the Chase cards, you can earn a welcome bonus for most Amex cards, and their annual fees will vary.

9. Earn Miles with JetBlue Flights

JetBlue might not be a Star Alliance partner, but Singapore Airlines has an individual partnership with them that allows you to earn Singapore KrisFlyer miles on all JetBlue flights.

The miles you earn will be dependent upon the fare class into which you have booked your ticket. All paid business class tickets – sometimes known as Mint Class on JetBlue – will earn redeemable miles at a 125% rate. This means that you will earn 125% of the flight miles as redeemable miles, so a flight of 500 miles will earn you 625 KrisFlyer miles.

Economy tickets earn either 50% or 100% of your flight miles depending on the fare class of your ticket.

The newest Singapore Airlines partner airline is Scoot. You can pay for Scoot flights with KrisFlyer miles and earn KrisFlyer miles when you purchase a Scoot PlusPerks bundle.
