What is the No1 Lounge at Heathrow T5?

The No1 Lounge is in Terminal 3, in the connector to gates 13 to 22. No1 Lounges also operates the Club Aspire Lounge in Terminal 5, adjacent to gate 18. The Club Aspire Lounge in Terminal 5 offers buffet food, a full-service bar, Wi-Fi, sleeping pods, and showers (available for a fee).

How much does it cost to enter a Heathrow lounge?

Passengers may purchase entry into the Club Aspire Lounges from £35, No1 Lounge from £38, and a Plaza Premium Lounge from £45. These lounges are also accessible with Priority Pass membership and various other lounge pass programs.

What is the difference between Club Aspire and No1 Lounge Heathrow?

Club Aspire Lounges and the No1 Lounge have similar offerings and can be booked for a similar fee (the No1 Lounge is slightly more expensive). Both lounges offer buffet food, a full-service bar, and Wi-Fi. The Club Aspire Lounge in Terminal 5 has showers available for a fee.

London Heathrow Airport (LHR) is the busiest airport in the U.K. and one of the busiest in the world, transporting over 83 million passengers in 2024. It has exceeded its pre-COVID-19 passenger traffic (over 80 million passengers in 2019).

International flights make up over 87% of flight operations, so it makes sense that LHR has an extensive lounge offering from many international carriers, including American, Qantas, and United.

With plenty of landside transportation, it’s easy to move between terminals at LHR outside of the secure area. However, visiting a lounge in a different terminal between flight connections isn’t possible, as the terminals aren’t connected within the secure area and a valid boarding card is required for a departure at the terminal.

Although many lounges are exclusively for premium cabin passengers or those with elite frequent flyer status, there are several that allow paid access for all passengers.

American Airlines Admirals Club House Rules

A same-day boarding pass is required for a flight marketed or operated by American or a Oneworld airline. The only exception is for existing Admirals Club Lifetime Members, who may continue to access the Admirals Club with same-day travel on any airline.
Guests must have appropriate access to the required terminal or concourse, as gate passes will not be issued for entry.
A government-issued photo ID is required, along with the relevant access card (e.g., AAdvantage membership card or number) and same-day boarding card. Entry may be denied if the appropriate identification and credentials are not presented, and cards may be confiscated if used by anyone but the member.
Dress and conduct must be in line with a professional environment.
Headphones must be worn when using a personal device.
