TrueBlue has customer-friendly policies like no points expiration and sharing points with family.
There is only 1 elite status, Mosaic, which provides different benefits from typical airline elite programs.
JetBlue is not part of an airline alliance, but there are few redemption options with its partner airlines.

See our guide on How to Maximize the TrueBlue Dining Program.
How to Redeem TrueBlue Points
TrueBlue has no mileage charts and no blackout dates: any ticket for sale in cash can be purchased with points.
Using Points for JetBlue Flights
With TrueBlue points, you can book one-way or round-trip awards.
Search for flights the same as cash tickets, just select “TrueBlue Points” instead of “Cash” in your search.
You’ll see each fare option and the points price. Mint will show on flights where it is available.
You always pay the taxes in cash you’ll see prices listed as points + cash.
The points price is NOT FIXED. Depending on the date and flight, the points price can be less than 1 cent/point all the way up to nearly 2 cents/point.
Finding Value in TrueBlue Points Awards on Flights
TrueBlue points can be strong comparative value to miles-based programs when cash prices of tickets are low.
For example, flights between the U.S. and Caribbean are usually 17,500 miles each way on the traditional mileage programs. A cheap JetBlue ticket may get you there on few points.
The other comparative value can be on Mint routes where other carriers offer inferior business class, or on routes like transcontinental flights where other carriers have hugely increased the miles price for their premium domestic business/first class.
See our Best Ways to Redeem JetBlue TrueBlue Points for more ideas.
Use Points for Even More Space Seats (Mosaic status holders only)
Many frequent JetBlue flyers love using relatively few TrueBlue points to upgrade their tickets to Even More Space seats, which typically have the most legroom among U.S. carrier extra legroom seats. You must have Mosaic status.
The upgrade price is based on the cash price of the seat (excludes the cost of the ticket):
- $10 Even More Space seat – 200 points
- $25 Even More Space seat – 300 points
- $45 Even More Space seat – 500 points
- $90 Even More Space seat – 1,000 points
- $99 Even More Space seat – 1,100 points
Flights on Partner Airlines
While JetBlue has several airline partners for earning points, the only partner airline where you can use TrueBlue flights to book award travel is Hawaiian Airlines.
You must call JetBlue to check for award availability and price. Prices are based on the cash price of the ticket, and are generally reported to be a poor value compared to other options for Hawaiian Airlines flights or flights to Hawaii.

Is there a way to use points on a hotel? I won’t be flying but would like to use the points toward a hotel if possible. If not, is there a hotel that I could earn double points if I use my card there?

You can use your TrueBlue points towards a JetBlue vacation package that includes a hotel. Here’s some more information on how to do that:
